Pick up is scheduled at your convenience from our kitchen just outside New Windsor, NY. Complimentary delivery available within 5 miles (subject to availability). Delivery charges will apply outside of this area. We are also happy to meet you somewhere along the way (delivery rates still apply).


 

We will be in contact with you within 48-72 hours to confirm your order. You also can place an order or get a quote by emailing us directly at thepurplespoon@gmail.com. Payment is due a week prior to the delivery date and payment options will be discussed once the order is confirmed. Orders over $125 require a 50% deposit.

If you are placing an order for the same week, please email first to ensure we have availability for your order. Often our schedule is fully booked weeks in advance, and we are unable to accept any more orders. Your order is not confirmed until you hear from us. Thank you!

We put a lot of time and effort into each order that we receive. If you would like to cancel your order, we need at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, we will charge you at least 50% of the total unless you reschedule within 30 days. Depending on how much work has been completed on your order, you may be charged the full amount. For orders over $125, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order. If you cancel within two weeks of your order, your deposit is nonrefundable.
